Business thinker Gary Hamel to address NZ business leaders

It is imperative in today’s business landscape to have creative and adaptable organisations, yet our “organisations were built around principles that deify conformance, control, alignment, discipline and efficiency. The principles that organisations have at their core are antithetical to innovation.”
